Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 3–5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

  • Include all original tags and components

Items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of bedding and bath products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used bedding

  • Washed items

  • Opened pillow or duvet inserts

  • Used towels or bath essentials

This policy ensures product integrity and safety for all customers.


Accepted Reasons for Return

Returns are approved only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.


Bulk & Hospitality Orders

Orders placed for hotels, guest houses, shortlets, or other bulk purchases are considered final sale, unless there is a fulfillment error or confirmed defect.

We encourage hospitality clients to confirm product specifications before placing large orders.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

If a return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be declined and returned to the customer.


Exchanges

Where eligible, we may offer exchanges for items in original condition. If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this when submitting your request.
